Time to Exterminate Debt

If you’re like most of the so called 97% of Americans, you have some debt. Be it a student loan, credit cards, auto loans or a second mortgage, it’s all called debt. After going through a recession and near depression, I am amazed at those who still want to live above their means.

Sure you can purchase house for your money, but that doesn’t meant that you should over stretch your budget. Upkeep on a larger property is still a factor. I have watch numerous individuals move into a home that they could normally not afford only to move out a few months later because of the high cost of taxes, utilities, repairs and association fees.

The need for instant-gratification provides fertile ground for lenders. They are waiting at their desk eager to help you dig deeper and deeper into the “financial abyss.”

You have been given the opportunity to get it right and to keep it tight. Now is not the time to NOT use common sense. Life is what you make it. A bad decision can last for many years. Just because someone you know made it work doesn’t mean it will work for you.

If you are like most, I know that you want to live debt-free.

I know I do!

The question is do you know how to get there?

I do – in fact, I wrote a book about it…
